Drivers rate passengers, and that can affect the service you receive.

Now its very easy to know your rating, improve your rating to get better service.

Steps to know Rating
1. Open the Uber app and click the option button in the top left of the menu. Select "help" then "account."

2. At the bottom of the list you'll see "I'd like to know my rating." Select that and then on the following screen hit submit.

In a few hours you'll get an email from an Uber representative that has your average rating. You can't find out what specific drivers rated you.

Update:
Upon submit, app will show your rating instantly. No email , no wait. Just instant.

Knowing your rating is important because it could directly impact your wait times. Uber drivers can see your rating before accepting you as a passenger.

Be it a bad day or bad person, I meet bad drivers on some days. I just want to avoid those drivers on future means when I book Uber must not connect me to those drivers who are bad to me.

I feel a driver is bad if he talks too much on mobile, takes too much to locate me, ask for directions but don't know the place I explain or any common place, don't take my preferred route because I want to pick/drop someone on the way.

1. Schedule your Uber
I've heard from 2 separate Uber drivers that they're coordinated with clients to drive the same morning commute every day. If you regularly take the same Uber route and have established rapport with your driver, get their phone number so you can schedule them at a mutually convenient time. This works best if it's extremely convenient for your driver (e.g. you live near your driver and can start your morning together every day). If you actually get this to work, cherish your new friendship!
2. Get Free Uber Credit by Referring your Friends
Invest some effort to get people around you to sign up for Uber, and you'll get a free ride (usually Rs300-Rs600). I've had success with this by just sending over my referral link over my college group. This is getting harder and harder as Uber gets more established.
