As per Uber Hyderabad announcement...
Starting today, to justify partner economics, there’s a marginal change in pricing for longer distance trips. After 16 KMs, you will be charged a different fare for every KM that your uberX and uberGO take you, as follows:

Today onwards you have to pay increased fare for your ride exceeding 16 km regular fare limit. Lets see few example to understand fare calculation and plan ride better.
Example 1. You take a ride of 16 km in 30 mins in UberX.
Distance fare : 16*9 = Rs 144 (No difference in fare)
Time Fare : 1*30 =Rs 30
Base Fare : Rs 45
Total Bill : Rs 219
Example 2. You take a ride of 20 km in 40 mins in UberX.
Distance Fare: 16*9 + 4*18 = Rs 216 (Difference : 4*9=36)
Time Fare : 1*40 =Rs 40
Base Fare : Rs 45
Total Bill : Rs 301
Extra fare then regular fare : Rs 36
Distance Fare: 16*9 + 24*18 = Rs 576 (Difference: 24*9=216)
Time Fare : 1*50 =Rs 50
Base Fare : Rs 45
Total Bill : Rs 671
Extra fare then regular fare : Rs 216
