- Download the latest version of the Uber app, if you haven’t already
- You can also find your invite code on the Uber app in the ‘Free Rides’ option
- Refer friends with your invite code. You can change and personalize your invite code by logging onto riders.uber.com
- For every friend who signs up and rides, you both get multiple free rides up to ₹50 each
- After your friend takes a free ride, you’ll receive notification that your discounted rides are in your account. These will auto-apply to your next trips. You can check these on the ‘Promotions’ tab on your app.
- The more friends you refer, the more free Uber rides you get!
- This referral campaign is currently applicable to riders who signed up in Chandigarh,Jaipur, Kolkata and New Delhi only
- Uber reserves the right to suspend your account and or revoke free/discounted rides at time we feel they were earned inappropriately
- Uber reserves the right to verify and adjudge the validity of the sign-ups generated via the above referrals
- What happens if I referred my friend who signed up on or before up April 7 in Delhi and April 13 in Kolkata, Chandigarh and Jaipur, but takes a ride after 7th/13th April?
- If your signup city is Kolkata/New Delhi: Your friend would get one ride worth ₹150 worth and when he/she takes a ride, you get 3 rides worth ₹50
- If your signup city is Chandigarh/Jaipur: Your friend would get one ride worth ₹100 worth and when he/she takes a ride, you get 2 rides worth ₹50
- What happens if I invite my friends who live in other cities in India?
- If your signup city is Kolkata/New Delhi: Both you and your friend will get 3 rides worth ₹50
- If your signup city is Chandigarh/Jaipur:Both you and your friend will get 2 rides worth ₹50
- How does this impact my friends in other Indian cities referring others?
- Referral programs can differ across cities. Free/discounted rides depend on the campaign running in the city of the one inviting.
- If I have moved to another city, will I get the same discounted rides?
- If you signed up in one of the above cities, you are eligible for this referral program irrespective of the city you reside in.
- If I signed up in another city, but now live in one of the above cities, can I avail this campaign?
