I am using this cab service from last 5 months on a weekly basis or you can say that 3 to 4 times in a week and it never disappoints me, everytime when I am book it takes only 10 to 15 mins to reach and the drivers are also well in driving field.But sometimes I feel it cannot be safe for females because some cases are seen in delhi or ncr region .so I suggest you to only males can travel on uber, overall it was good! Uber Cabs had to improve their service to remain competition with others.I had often used Uber Cabs because I had heard about their service, but I am not happy with their service.They charges are not fix.they charge for different charges at different time for same place.If asked this problem driver told that they takes less charges when there is any discount offer on that day.Sometime they cancel booed cabs and inform customer very late.their driver has not any uniform.They should provide uniform to driver.
